BOXER Cold Galvanish Paint
Boxer Cold Galvanish Paint is a paint that consists of 1 component. Produces a high-quality, very hard, and anti-corrosive finish. Dry quickly, and has excellent adhesion. It is suitable for application on metal surfaces that are prone to rust, such as storage tanks, and equipment located by the sea.

- Make sure the surface to be painted is free of all contaminants. If it is corroded, use sandpaper or grinding machine to clean it. If necessary, use sand blasting.
- After the surface is clean, wipe the surface with a damp cloth that contains a small amount of thinner.
- Mix Boxer Cold Galvanish paint according to the ratio in the Technical Data with the recommended thinner (Boxer Thinner 06389 / Cold Galvanish). Apply paint according to the recommended thickness (see Technical Data).
- If a touch-up is needed, remove all remaining paint and dirt then use a brush / roller / spray to paint the parts that need to be painted until the thickness of the paint is the same as what has been applied.
- If a top-coat is required, use a type of acrylic, epoxy, urethane or vinyl. Do not use lacquer, alkyd and the like. Apply top-coat 24- 48 hours later.
