SCHON PU 2K MS 41 Clear Coat is a high quality medium solid PolyUrethane (PU) paint consisting of 2 components. Delivers a very shiny finish, hardness, resistance to extreme weather, wide spreadability, and good chemical resistance.

  • Make sure the surface to be painted is clean, smooth, free from cracks, oil, dust, mold, and other contaminants.
  • Sand the surface to be coated with SCHON PU Clear Coat.
  • Mix Base with Hardener first with a ratio of (base) 4: 1 (hardener).
  • Dilute SCHON PU Clear Coat with BOXER Thinner PU ± 30%.Then stir evenly.
  • SCHON PU Clear Coat is ready to be applied.
  • Apply 2- 3 layers of SCHON PU Clear Coat for maximum results.Make sure the layer is dry before applying the next coat (± 30 minutes).
