SCHON NC Lacquer

Schön NC, also known as NC Lacquer or duco paint, specially formulated for painting metal and non-metal such as cars, bicycles, machines, wood frames, iron / steel, aluminum, galvanized. This paint has a high gloss, excellent adhesion and covering power. This paint also has a long lasting color performance / does not fade and has a strong gloss resistance.

Surface Preparation:
Ensure that the surface to be painted is thoroughly cleaned, dry and free of mold, dust, grease and other contamination.

Base Coat:
Wood: Surface voids should be filled with OCTALAC Polyester Putty or SMOOD Wood Filler SB to achieve an even and smooth finish. Followed by 1 (one) layer of SCHON NC Primer & Surfacer/ SCHON Epoxy Filler & Surfacer to cover the pores on the wood surface. Then sand with 800-1000 sandpaper.

Metal: Apply 2 (two) coats of SCHON NC Primer & Surfacer, or 1 (one) coat of SCHON Epoxy Filler & Surfacer. Sand if needed.

Top Coat:
Stir SCHON NC Lacquer evenly then dilute with BOXER Thinner NC with a ratio of 50-60% (Brush), 80 - 100% (Air Spray). Then stir evenly. SCHON NC Lacquer is ready to be applied using a spray.
