Schön NC Primer is a primer containing anti-rust chemical specially formulated to be applied to metal/ wood surfaces as a base paint. It has fast drying properties, is easy to scrub, adheres very well to the surface, so it can maximize the results of subsequent painting.

  • Make sure the surface to be painted is clean, smooth, free from cracks, oil, dust, mold, and other contaminants.
  • Sand the surface with sandpaper no. 180 following the direction of the wood grain. Clean the sandpaper dust.
  • Re-sand the surface with sandpaper no. 400 following the grain direction. Clean the sandpaper dust.
  • Dilute SCHON NC Primer with BOXER Thinner A with a ratio of 1: 1, then mix well. Apply the first layer
  • Wait for ± 60 minutes to dry then sand the surface using sandpaper no. 400, then clean the sandpaper dust. Repeat this step 1 more time before applying the top coat.
