SMOOD Sanding Sealer NC is a transparent base paint for wood finisihing base on Nitrocellulole (NC) which is specially formulated to protect wood color (woodstain), helps close the pores of wood to provide a smooth layer. It has excellent sandability, quick drying, and also a natural finish to beautify and protect the furniture.

Surface Preparation
Ensure that the surface to be painted is thoroughly cleaned and free of dust, grease, dirt and other defects. For close pores technique, apply SMOOD Wood Filler WB, let it dry then sand using sandpaper no. 240 following the direction of the wood grain, sand until the wood surface is visible again. If wood requires staining, apply SMOOD Wood Stain WB.
Application
Spray. Stir well before use. Dilute with Boxer Thinner A/A Special at a ratio of 1 : 1-1.5, then stir thoroughly. Apply using spray. Then wait for ±90 minutes to dry. Sand in the direction of the wood grain using sandpaper no. 400. Then clean dust . If needed, apply 1 (one) more layer of SMOOD Sanding Sealer NC. After drying, apply SMOOD NC Clear Gloss/ Clear Doff using a spray with a ratio of 1: 1 as the final layer.
