SchÖn Epoxy Mastic Primer EM-30 is a 2-component epoxy-based anti-rust primer for extreme anti-rust protection on metal/iron/steel, galvalume/galvanized surfaces. Suitable for offshore steel structures and piping, power plants, refineries, bridges, buildings and mining equipment.

1. Make sure the iron surface is clean, free from contamination and rust.

2. Mix base and hardener in a ratio of 4: 1 (w/w). Then mix with BOXER Thinner Epoxy according to the application method. Use brushes and rolls for coating lines and very small areas. For best results, use airless spray.

3. Apply until the specified dry film thickness is reached.
