BOXER Non-Sag Epoxy NS-85 is an epoxy adhesive putty which consists of 2 components, base and hardener. It has a very thick viscosity so it can be applied in vertical planes as a putty or adhesive in repairing or building wooden and also metal ships. BOXER Non-Sag Epoxy NS-85 is also specially formulated so that it can be used for underwater applications easily.

Surface Preparation
- Make sure the surface to be applied is clean from dust, rust, oil, peeling paint, and other contaminants.
Application:
1. It is recommended to use a putty knife to apply BOXER Non-Sag Epoxy NS-85.
2. Mix Component A (Resin) and Component B (Hardener) with ratio 1:1 (w/w). Then stir until evenly mixed. Mixed only the amount needed to avoid any waste.
3. Apply BOXER Non-Sag Epoxy NS-85 evenly on the surface and stick. Remove any remaining immediately before the mixture hardens.
4. Let it dry for 24 hours for maximum results. If used as putty, let it dry for 4 hours before sanding.
