BOXER Rubberized Undercoat RR-88 is a solvent-based elastomeric coating specifically designed for automotive underbody/ chassis systems. It is resistant to stone chipping, corrosion, vibration, and external road conditions, boasting high flexibility and excellent adhesion to the substrate.

Surface Preparation
- The surface must be free of oil, grease, rust, old paint, and dust.
- Ideal pre treatment: sandblast to Sa 2.5 (SP-10) or at least mechanical blasting (SP-6/7).
- A metal primer (SCHON Epoxy Primer & Surfacer) is recommended before applying this topcoat.
Application
- Dilute BOXER Rubberized Undercoat RR-88 with BOXER Thinner A according to the application method.
- Apply 2-3 coats (3 coats for critical areas). Ensure the previous coat is dry before applying the next coat.
