BOXER 1K Acrylic Flooring Paint SB is a one-component, solvent-based floor paint. It is very practical to use, dries very quickly, and produces a hard, flexible coating. It has excellent abrasion resistance and resistance to oils and lubricants.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION
- New concrete surfaces:
- Ensure the concrete is at least 21-28 days old.
- Remove cement dust first with a grinder/sandpaper, or use an acid solution (10% HCl solution), then rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the coating to dry.
- Old concrete surfaces:
- Ensure the concrete surface is free of dust, oil, and other dirt.
- Clean oily areas using thinner/detergent.
- Fill holes and uneven areas with SCHON Epoxy Filler & Surfacer.
- If the old paint is glossy, sand it first.
APPLICATION:
1. Dilute BOXER 1K Acrylic Flooring Paint with 5-10% BOXER Thinner A Special. Then stir thoroughly.
2. Apply the first coat using a brush, roller, spray, or trowel.
3. Wait min. 2 hours, then reapply the 2nd layer.
