BOXER Rubberized Undercoat RR-77 WB
BOXER Rubberized Undercoat RR-77 WB is a high-quality, water-based protective coating formulated with elastomeric technology to protect the underbody, chassis, wheel arches, and other metal parts from corrosion, gravel impact, moisture, mud, and road noise.
This product forms a thick, elastic, and durable layer that helps dampen sound and provides long-term protection against extreme environmental conditions. Its water-based formula makes it more environmentally friendly, odor-free, and safe to use than solvent-based products.

SURFACE PREPARATION
For a new chassis or underbody:
- Ensure the surface is clean of dust, grease, oil, and other contamination.
- Lightly sand the surface with 240-320 grit sandpaper.
For a rusty chassis or underbody:
- Remove rust using a wire brush, grinder, or sandblaster.
- Clean off dust and any remaining rust.
- For best results, apply SCHON Epoxy Primer & Surfacer before applying BOXER Rubberized Undercoat RR-77 WB.
APPLICATION
- Dilute BOXER Rubberized Undercoat RR-77 WB with clean water according to the application method.
- Apply 2-3 coats (3 coats for critical areas). Ensure the previous coat is dry before applying the next coat.
