PUJATEMP Heat Resistant Paint

Pujatemp is a paint that consist of special ingredients to protect your assets against extreme hot temperature, for example: mufflers, chimney, industrial tools, fuel tanks, oven booth, etc. This paint has a heat resistance up to 600°C/ 1112°F.

Make sure the surface to be painted is free of all contaminants. If it is corroded, use sandpaper or grinding machine to clean it. If necessary, use sand blasting.
After the surface is clean, wipe the surface with a damp cloth that contains a small amount of thinner.
Painting conditions:
- Do the painting outdoors or in a well-ventilated room.
- Paint at an air temperature of 10 - 32ºC and a humidity level of not more than 85% so that the paint dry time is appropriate.
- If using a spray, avoid painting in windy or dusty conditions.
Method of application:
- Spray: Use airless spray or conventional spray.
- Brush: Recommended for small sections. Pay attention to the painting method to get the recommended thickness of the paint film.
- Rollers: Recommended for small parts. Not recommended for paint application as a base paint. Pay attention to the painting method to get the recommended paint film.
Stir the paint before and during use.
Mix BOXER Thinner Pujatemp as recommended.
Dry time & interval between layers:
- Touch dry for ± 30 minutes. Let the paint dry for ± 1 hour before painting for the next coat.
