BOXER PAINT Anti-Fouling Marine Paint is a coating paint specially designed to be applied to the lower walls of ships that are submerged in water to prevent the sticking of oysters, moss, so that the hull is not damaged, the weight of the ship does not increase so that it wastes fuel (due to friction). It is also suitable for fishing boats, boat boats, fishing boats, motorboats, modern boats, etc., which have wooden or metal walls.

  1. Make sure the surface to be painted is cleaned thoroughly and free of dust, oil, dirt, and other defects.
  2. Check for substrate damage, previous paint separation or peeling.
  3. If the surface is in good condition:
    1. Start by providing high pressure fresh water washing on the surface of the vessel to remove salt and calcium deposits so that the antifouling performance of the paint is maximized.
  4. If the surface is in bad condition:
    1. As the paint peels, cracks, remove it completely. Remove rust with sandpaper / Boxer Rust Converter. Repair surface damage with SCHON Epoxy Filler & Surfacer according to usage instructions for a smooth and even surface.
  5. Use brush / roller / spray to apply BOXER PAINT Anti-Fouling Marine Paint.
  6. Dilute with BOXER Thinner B ± 15% (brush), ± 100% (air spray), ± 25% (airless spray). Don't be too runny.
  7. Apply 2- 3 coats to maximize paint performance.
