SCHON Epoxy Filler & Surfacer

Schön Epoxy Filler & Surfacer is a base coat paint to cover uneven metal and wood surfaces. Can provide a strong foundation and high resistance to rust. Formulated not to shrink easily, has good chemical and water resistance, and is easy to sand.

Product Explanation Video

  1. Make sure the surface to be painted is cleaned thoroughly and free of dust, oil, dirt and other defects.
  2. Sand the surface using 800-1000 grit sandpaper.
  3. Mix the Base and Hardener first with a ratio of 4: 1, then dilute with BOXER Thinner Epoxy with a ratio of 1: 1.
  4. Stir evenly.
  5. Apply by spray 2- 3 coats. Make sure the previous layer is dry before applying the next coat.
  6. If you want a smoother finish, sand each coat as it dries before applying the next coat.
