BOXER Instant Cold Galvanize Paint G-1000

Boxer Instant Cold Galvanize Paint G-1000 is specially formulated using special resin combined with 95% Pure Zinc to give excellent corrosion resistance on all types of metal, steel structures, pipes, steel tanks, exhaust and car body, marine equipments, and also seaside structures that are very prone to corrosion attack. This paint is very easy to apply, has excellent adhesion to galvanized metal, and also dries very quickly.

Product Explanation Video

Ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned and free from any surface flaws. If necessary, clean surface using thinner or solvent, wire brush, or sand blasting.

Stir the paint thoroughly. Mix with BOXER Thinner A Special with ratio in accordance to the application method used, then stir thoroughly. Apply to the surface evenly. Wait ±60 minutes before applying the 2nd coat. Apply 2 (two) layers for maximum results. Apply paint with recommended thickness (see Technical Data). If a touch-up is required, remove all remaining paint and dirt and then use a brush to paint over the area that needs painting until the paint is the same thickness as the one that was applied. If a top coat is required, use an acrylic, epoxy, urethane or vinyl type top coat. Do not use any type of lacquer, alkyd and the like. Apply top coat 24-48 hours later.
